The product is shipped daily from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (except weekends). If the product from the "Granite sinks" section is not available, the product will be shipped within 3-6 working days after placing the order.
The date and time of delivery convenient for the customer is pre-agreed with the manager after placing the order on the website. When receiving the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity, completeness and all quality characteristics of the goods, color directly at the carrier's office. When defects are detected, it is necessary to act in accordance with the carrier's internal rules, that is, to draw up an official report on the detection of a defect or shortage. It is also necessary to inform the store manager about the detected defect by phone or e-mail. In this case, we guarantee the return of the paid funds or the resending of the product. After making calculations for the delivered goods, claims regarding completeness, completeness and other characteristics that can be seen during external inspection are not accepted!
