Dear buyer, in accordance with the provisions of Article 707 of the "Civil Code of Ukraine", it is possible to return and exchange goods of good quality within 14 days & nbsp;from the date of receipt.

Return of goods is carried out by prior agreement with the store manager.

You can issue a refund or exchange of good quality goods subject to the following conditions:

- the product was not in use (there are no traces of installation, damage to the coating, chips, scuffs, etc.);

- the packaging, presentation and consumer properties of the goods, as well as all tags and labels are saved;

- there are cash and / or sales receipts;

- the goods are packed in the same way as upon receipt.

Refunds are made after receipt and verification of the goods.

In the event that a return occurs due to inadequate quality of the goods or non-conformity with the order, the return / exchange is made at our expense.

Attention:

- the color or shade of the product in the photo may differ from the real one;

- the characteristics and equipment of the goods are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice;

- the store is not responsible for changes made by the manufacturer.

Returns and exchanges of goods are not possible if you have not checked the goods upon receipt.

In case of refusal from a product of good quality, with characteristics corresponding to the description on the site, the buyer pays for delivery and return services.
